A few years ago I watched a video on YT of his daughter singing on a news program and that was beautiful. It was dedicated to Chris and Chester Bennington. These tragedies leave the innocent to grieve and wonder. She did so well. The song was Hallelujah.

Whats it called when a therapist lets you ramble on purpose for a couple minutes until you stop and realize she hasn't said anything and you get kinda confused that you have been venting? Its a specfic tecnique they use and it has a name but I don't remember it.

I don't know why I thought chugging a 40oz bottle of Starbucks peppermint mocha was a good idea. All I ended up with was a bad stomach ache and I still fell back asleep and woke up with a pulse of 124. Now my pulse is 98 and I feel meh but not terrible.

I drank about half a cup full of mirolax the other day and then countless metamucil gummies and today 3 glasses of the liguid stuff, and nothing. I also drank 40oz of coffee. I am desperate.

I think sometime this week I'm going to skip IOP and hike one of the tallest mountains in the state. Alpine therapy.

Dewd eat some real food! That stuff is supposed to join with and help push out food waste, not BE your only poop.

Do any flavors of instant oatmeal appeal to you? Or flavored instant grits? You could sprinkle your ketchup chips on grits. I like cherry tomatoes and fake sausage on mine, practically the same thing!

You gained 30 lbs on a liquid, sugar, salty, basically junk food diet. I dont wanna see you get a colostomy bag. My SIL had one the last few years of her life (her 60's). I didnt see her, but omg.

I have been eating tomatos and zucchini and squash these last couple of days. I saw my doctor for a follow up ER visit this morning and he is putting me on a prescription laxative and then prescription stool softeners since things are that bad. I think its one of my meds my GI doctor has me on that is causing the constipation.

Either way I feel very uncomfortable right now and I'm noticeably bloated and I've put on about 8 pounds in water weight.

Im so sorry you are suffering with this. I was constipated until i was like 60 yrs old, i think mostly from being stressed out by my mother and their not making vegetables unless they were doused in stinky rancid olive oil which i refused to eat. I ate their green beans about once a week. Im like, mother you had one job - teaching your kid to poop!

I finally got myself unconstipated this past decade or so. Its not easy. Now for the first time i feel light in my belly. But it takes diligence - and salad! And staying on top of it, not letting it go too long before i take a stool softener, maybe twice a month.

Maybe he was quite negligent in his medical career with malpractice suits being pinned on him left right and centre. Idk.

I'm feeling better today. A lot better. Last night I took the stuff the doctor prescribed and it worked. I skipped my pantropalzole and the metamucil today. I didn't feel fatigued or anxious or depressed since I didn't take the pantropalzole. And my stomach wasn't a big mess since I didnt take the metamucil. So I was able to leave my house to get some groceries and I had no problem. I think the stuff I was prescribed yesterday will be helpful along with PT. I don't think I need to be on a slew of GI meds and then 3 glasses or so of metamucil a day.

Really sleeping this morning. Could be because of the big breakfast. I wonder what my life will be like in 10 years, when I am older. I want to live in today, but I just can't. My mind and heart hasn't been in to write anymore. I used to blog a lot, but not anymore.
