Well, nobody was at home, and I was litsening to my CD player, and I thought to myself "Hey, why not dance around a little while nobody's home?"

You see, the main problem I have with dancing around is that instead of atual dancing, it looks more like I'm having a seizure or something, because I feel the need to just play along with the instruments. BUT....this time was different,

So I skipped over to the most dance-able track on my 12 Girls Band CD (called "Freedom" which is pretty cool) and actualy danced...as in, instead of making instrument like motions with my hand, I actualy moved my feet along with how the music was playing.

Needless to say, when you dance along to
you get quite a workout Best dancing session. EVER. (but it was still fun!)

Dancing is so good for you!

Your desciption of dance moves (sorta having a "seizure) reminds me of many hilarious episodes of "Seinfeld" where one of the main characters, Elaine, excitedly dances any opportunity she gets.
