 This post is me trying it out. I have a mixed reaction. I don't care for the appearance of the Responsive Blue skin. So will likely not use it. Plus, I agree with Beth about the appropriateness of some of the GIFs. My search was for "cat". The one I picked is kind of cute, but other choices show a cat with a cigarette in its mouth and a cat fighting with two dogs. I foresee problems in the future. |

Not sure of the tech side of things, but can the staff pick and choose what gif's we are allowed to use?
Or is it a "all or none" thing? |

I use sand and didn’t notice anything different. I like gifs but I’m not going to change to default just for that. Eh..like everything in life there’s “bad” gifs, just don’t take it personally because it’s probably not meant to be bad. Just different strokes for different folks. Requires the use of judgement and maturity

Re blocking gifs - impossible. I mean, theres gotta be billions. Unless we made a gif sheet like our emoji sheet. But why, ya know?

GIPHY has their own community guidelines that keep away inappropriate GIFs. We do not have the resources to do further prefiltering of these images.
