I have been running four to five miles most days for the last two years. I have lost 70 pounds and feel much better.

Today I walked to and from a craft group. Better than hoping in a car to get there. Not sure how far it was. If it stops raining tomorrow I hope to get some more ks in.

Hope you had a good walk to the theater and saw a great movie.


Seeing the numbers of steps on our fitbits is certainly motivating when the numbers are not so high. It is a good reminder to get moving. Today as I walked along the clouds up in the sky were threatening to rain but they were all bluff and didnt dump their drops. So it is now 4.05 ks down or 2.5 miles. Yay!
