Anyone have this problem? I select a tx and try to checkout and immediately get a message saying "Time limit is up". Customer support doesn't have a phone number, either. They are no help when I wrote to them.

You have to have your credit card in your hand and really hurry up. They are a pain. Nope no customer service numbers.

yeah, with Ticketmaster you have to move fast. Have your credit card ready to go, and don't take too long making decisions. And yes, it's impossible to reach a live CSR which is all too true of many companies these days -- I hate it.
