My internet was down--and is now finally working. I've got the fires in the two fireplaces going (and the temperature is perfect for everyone, of course) and we have great, huge TV screens, if there is something you want to watch (Leave your own TV on
 ) then come on in. Hope you all are well. We also have beds for those folks who want to rest. Tomorrow we can talk about our future (Maybe having a "gathering place" here all the time of the year?)

Sorry everyone. I spent the day hiding waaaaaay at the back of my cave today. Have been in a strange funk all day.
Already gave the cats part of their presents, some of the cat treat that squishes out of a tube. They must have enjoyed. Every last one of them is sacked out. Haven't given Hazel her goodies yet. Horses got a ton of carrots at breakfast. |

What a beautiful picture @Nammu !
Just checking in at the end of Christmas here. There is about 36 minutes left of the big day. I spent Christmas mostly on my own and I wasn't even too upset. This experience has taught me a lot although I fear when loneliness starts to set in.

Hi, all. I'm hoping you were all okay, knowing you had an option here, Was that enough? I enjoyed getting "our place" ready.
I'm sharing my computer with two other people and it's been down a lot. It's raining where I am, which I didn't expect when I planned this trip. I am out of the country where it's warmer than where I live. More details later, if anyone is interested,

Gee, I got skinnier and lost my shorter gray hair --and could fly--in Nammu's pic of me. I was in the Bahamas. Still tired from the trip.
I think being in our gathering place would have been better in some ways. I'm still driving my Mustang.
