I feel like crap right now. My stomach hurts and I'm anxuious and m extra valium was like a placebo. I couldn't concentrate all day and I sweated through my shirt just sitting. I don't know if this is that seretonin syndrome they warn you about. I've been careful though with my meds.

I feel pretty good today. I slept in late and then I got coffee and went grocery shopping. My anxiety and moods are fine and my energy levels are good. My stomach issues are fine.

I sent a gift to a friend living in another town.
We are both singles in our thirties, suffering from ptsd and adhd, and social anxiety. Oh, she is a Capricorn Lately, she told more than once that she had flue and cold I decided to send her her a handmade hooded cowl, a pair of fleece socks and a jar of honey (local production) I finished the cowl by sewing some "cute" buttons She did receive it (checked the tracking) but didn't say anything and I am afraid she didn't like it or found herself overwhelmed She knows my financial situation is not the best and might get "angry"(?) seeing me so "carefree" I am having a lot of worries and feeling discomfort P.s: green is her fav color thought she might not like the size, it is a medium-large fit She claims to be in an autistic spectrum, i have a feeling she was disappointed by the surprise |

I would give your friend a little time to reply. With the flu, she may still be feeling like warmed over carp, with little energy to do much more than the bare physical necessities. Social niceties at this point would be far too difficult for me. |

I found this combo of Dramamine, pantropaloze, and Olipop probiotic soda and I haven't had any GI issues in 2 days. I'm hoping this is good news and I'm heading in the right direction finally.

I'm trying to stay sober but it is hard, and I miss life before h*ll
Waking up at 6 and going to bed before 11pm, keeping the house clean and don't binge are literally the only achievement i unlocked in years I am afraid, i lost my network (people) when i turned 30 unemployed and couldn't fight back. Therapist is "passive" and "only" listens and i couldn't handle it when i lost my parents I was so strong before this phase To think i was financially somewhere in my 20s and now I am a ghost |
