This one seemed to have kicked my butt more then normal. I'm doing a lot of stareing off into space and I haven't eaten all day.

I found out both Zofran and Pantropaloze can cause drowsiness. Which is probably why I'm so tired. Also they can cause loss of appetite. But my stomach issues have gone way down since quitting soda. I'm just sleeping a lot more.

I actually feel good today. I'm not having any stomach issues for the first time in weeks. I went through my food log and realized I haven't had any coffee today. I went as far back as the 16th of September. I also legit ate stuff today instead of just grazing on snacks. And I've been wearing my glasses all day. So it is making a difference. And my stomach is helping out my anxiety and moods.

I took a shower and did something I've been putting off for a couple weeks. I have 2 appointments on Monday and I wanted to look decent.
So I was productive. I've been productive these last few days, I'm just still lacking energy. Its like I have energy during the morning and then I'm knocked out the rest of the day. Which I mean, I guess if I go back to work and find a 6AM-11AM shift job it would work out.
