I'm hoping to feel like dieting some day soon. I heard about one today called the Flat Belly Diet. The ones that work for me address metabolic syndrome...like South Beach. Are you using a particular one?

Actually my diet is one i invented. Breakfast is 1 cup of all bran (extra fiber) cereal with milk, lunch is one can of milk chocolate slim fast, snacks are fruit and vegetables to combat the snacking, and dinner is whatever I feel like but it has to be portion sized and I cannot have fast food all the time anymore. I will weight myself in a week from now and see if any of this is making a difference. The only hard part about it is that I always seem to go for the fridge whenever I am bored, so now that I am preventing myself for doing that unless it is a fruit or veggie. I am a sucker for cakes, so I must resist the urge to bake a cake because when i made cakes in the past I had cake for breakfast and cake for dinner! lol! Im suprised I dont weigh more than I do. My body must have some somewhat functioning-metabolism there somewhere. I will get more strict on the dinners, but I want to train myself to get used to the breakfast and lunch part first.

As soon as spring hits, I will start walking to the tanning salon. Suprisingly in August, I was riding my bike 10 miles 2x a week. How I was able to do that I really dont know! I would walk to work but it takes 30 mins by car so that is not an option.

You know, I think I will start walking to the tanning salon when it gets warmer. its only 3 miles there and 3 back, Ive done that no problem before! Now I just have to figure out some stupid indoor excersizes until then.
