My daughter was suppose to be.
She decided to wait a extra 13 days. And then they had to take her. Shes still stubborn LOL |

Actually, I was reading the info on it and here in the United States, some states have trouble with issuing driver's licenses, etc. because they can't do leap day, don't have Feburary 29 in the system.
I just got back from the dentist's and we were talking about it and he showed me and his Timex watch thinks today is March 1.

My phone at work also thought it was March 1st... wouldn't let me program in February 29th!
