My mood is being affected by:

* my husband getting on my last nerve
* an unexpected HUGE tax bill, and
* just being tired

Please post if you feel similarly and we can hold each other up. Anyone else feeling low today?

Thanks, KJ and Fuzzy!

Ziggy, caregiving is really exhausting and difficult. May God richly bless you for caring for your dear, sweet Mom.

I'm not really low low.. but I have been enjoying the great weather we've had the past few days here soooo much that now that we got rain coming.. its affecting my health again. Achiness//pain from arthritis and fibromyalgia returns ARRRRRRRRGH!!! LOL. I guess I get a bit discouraged with that. But I know there are better days ahead .. and so I will plug away and look forward to the warm sunny days again.

Ziggy,

Isn't that amazing when that happens? Anyone else feeling low today? It happened when I watched over my mother in her latter years also.

Sweet Sunshine,

You're right! The weather was rainy here today too, and it was affecting my mood -- mostly for the same reasons you cited.

I have a lot of pain in my feet, which get's worse when it is damp and cold -- like it was today.

Muffy,

Thank you for the hug. Hugs always make things feel better.

Sweet Sunshine,

Something else you said helped too. I was feeling like we were moving ahead financially, until this tax bill fell out of the sky. Now I feel like we have take about 100 steps backward. Simon Says.

Anyway your cow milk quote is also helpful. I'm lecturing on competitive markets and milk this week in my Microeconomics class on Thursday. It might come in handy.

Today is one of those days I would like to stop working. Sigh...

MyBestKids2,

It requires less character to discover the faults of others, than to tolerate them.

(((everyone)))

My past two days have been one disaster after the other.
Work stinks...Three of the actors for the one act fesival I'm stage manager for don't know their lines and the plays are friday and thursdays, the set isn't constructed to it's entirety, I have five scholarships due by next tuesdays, and I just got a letter back from a scholarship committe informing me I didn't recieve it, and everything here is soggy and flooded.

But the sun will shine and we will make it through all of us..we just have to keep hoping and holding on while supporting one another!! Hugs for you all!!

Silversparrow,

It is soggy here too. I guess I should be grateful things aren't flooded.

It's crazy because the boat docks are almost level with the bridge!! If I still had my camera I could get some really neat shots of the water levels..and it keeps raining!! Only another two inches and the lake will be at a record high where I live!!
