![]() ![]() Any whooooooooooooo .. I did 45 % inverted pushups >> errrrrm Only 9 ,, I t hurt trying to do more >>> ![]() But my point was for her to know If in 10 months I do 50 ,,, she has to do 5 . I make a challenge easy. |

Good motivation WMD, chest flys with a light amout of weight are also great for the pectral muscles, you can use small dumbells and just lay on your back, no machines are required to achieve the desired result.

WMD...I wish I could do 3 inverted. I am happy I made it to 10 regular push-ups. If I do push-ups from the knees up, I can do more.
Very impressive. Keep it up. |
