My sis and I went on a 16 mile bike ride on the bike trail today. I can't move now. Can't wait to do it again though because it helps my stress.

16 mile? HOLY COW! I have been able to do 10 miles and my heart was in my throat, but 16? you must have some hard core muscles in your legs

I am not really in that great of shape. I chase a toddler around all day long and do some lifting for home health care type stuff. My sister went with me and she can't move. This was her first time riding this summer though. I guess the lifting I do must strengthen my legs.
