We actually have a viewing on our property on Monday evening
 if we sell we don't have to go bankrupt ....  so tony and i have been putting a new floor in the kitchen and it looks really cool .... one job we never finished when the kitchen was put in 3 years ago lol ....now for the cleaning spree  anyone want to adopt 2 teens for a bit lmao .... their bedrooms look like someone put a big spoon in there and stirred it all up least we will be all clean and nice by Monday eve lol .... not that it will stay that way. I hope everything goes great for ya'll!!
I bet you and my mom could swap horror stories on messy teenager rooms lol!! I'm absoultley horrible about keeping my room clean!! |

I can relate. This weekend, I am putting a new floor in my kitchen too. My house will be market soon. Getting it ready has been a pain in the butt. Good luck with the viewing!

Well they came round and seemed to like it ... they saw it on the net and decided to view, they weren't even thinking of moving until they saw this cottage
 so they still have to sell theirs, they loved the old features - Victorian fireplace and floorboards etc ... so fingers crossed i guess ... not holding my breath but ya never know Jin xoxoxoxoxo    Just in case anyone needs a holiday home in Derbyshire  reduced from £170,000 to £145,000 !!!!!! BARGAIN    jIN XOXOXOXOXO

I do hope you sell your cottage. It looks like a real nice place. If I was the traveling overseas type I 'd have it for myself or if I was filthy rich I'd pay it off for you then you could pay it back whenever or never. I just hate to see you lose that home. I wish I could help you, but I'm at my limit in finances and have 30 months to go till I'm debt free. Then my DW is going to retire early and just work at her leisure for some $$$ of her own. I still have 10 years to go till I retire. I just hope I live that long. ' Good luck to you and Tony, Eric |

Eric you are so kind .... to behonest it's time to move on .... too expensive, very old property around 250 years old .... cosy but too much work constantly needs doing ..... we are going to rent for now, til we move to the coast in a few years ....

Can't wait to hear the good news!!!!!!! Sending positive thoughts your way .... (and an aromatherapy tip - spray around the place with 'rosemary' as it has an appealing scent. a sales tip, still used today by a very famous fashion designer who would lightly dust this on chairs of buyers coming to her shows, and btw, her clothes are everywhere. it has to be natural, not synthetic if you are going to use a spray. and no, it's not witchcraft, lol, to inquiring minds ... it's aromatherapy) your place is lovely, i wish i could grab it ... have you thought about putting an ad in NY Times or Washington Post ... you know, where people need a place abroad? just a thought.
