we don't really understand why people freeze hatchlings, as the site says specifically that they can mature & die while frozen ?

we are trying to breed a gold & a pair of silvers, as well as the alts & hoping we can get a new egg at DragonAdopters soon
Did you all realise that there are NO dragons at dragon adopters older than teenagers ?

They CAN die and mature? The reason I freeze them is because I'm going for a male, femal and a frozen one of each sort.

I have breeded my silver one and my brothers one twice but they haven't produced a silver egg yet... Maybe they only do if you breed them with another silver or maybe the chance is just small.

No adults? hmm... The site is relatively new right? Maybe that's why... Maybe at the forums you can find or ask at what stage they become adults.

I have just seen a post on the Drag Cave forum which says that the Dragonadopters site was only set up on 26 November, so it hasn't been around long at all ...

Have any of you heard of Snap Links?

It's an entension (for Firefox only) which allows people to open lots of links at once. Today is the first time I've heard of it. I've installed it ... and it means that opening long lists like those of Tao's above takes about a second, because they are all opened at once. Saves a lot of wear on the finger joints, lol.

To select the links, you have to hold down the right mouse button and pull it down around the text and it opens into new tabs.

For those ppl with Firefox below version 3: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4336 (it says what it does on this page)

For those with Firefox 3: http://snaplinks.mozdev.org/ << I have this installed and as far as I can tell, it works fine.

And btw before anyone thinks of it, it is forbidden to snag eggs from the Drag Cave site using this method, because I saw a post about it, and you'd likely be banned if you did it.

Those dragons of mine are seriously beginning to annoy me.

Two eggs with big holes in, more than 2800 views - not hatched yet.

A hatchling with more than 3400 views and hasn't become an adult yet.

Two eggs with more than 1900 views - and not even a crack.

aww silver queen, don't worry. i read somewhere (thedcfansite.com maybe?) that dragons aren't set to grow/hatch before they have 3.5 days left. actually after watching and stressing over my dragons, i found it was true.

waiting waiting...
