woot! I froze my little white baby because I wanted one at that stage because it reminded me of Falkor from the Neverending Story

And picked up a stoney eggie!

Does anyone have a list of what dragons are "rare"/considered hard to get? Because I figure when I have a free slot I can start looking out for those in the cave when I get a chance

I'll be having faster internet over the holidays so now's the time!

Turquoisesea,
Oh I love Falkor! Anyway, the baby eggs (what do they give you?) are prob. rare as I only saw one once and could not get it in time. I think the paper ones are kind of rare, too. Also gold ones, I believe. I have heard of them, but dunno if I've ever seen them, though I have seen the babies and adults. And.....there are supposed to be vampire eggs, but I dunno what they look like. Anyone know?

Oh I tried to steal a baby egg! That's what it was! Actually, it was not theft cause I was taking an abandoned one, but it said someone already had taken it.

turquoise here's a list of rare dragons for you: http://www.freewebs.com/tevie/raredragons.htm

also, locust, there's a picture of a vampire dragon in the bottom of the page.

i'm after a seasonal egg myself! wonder what a winter dragon looks like... hmm... *dreaming*

seen a couple of 'em in the abandoned eggs page, but i think those are because someone is trading them with someone else, so that's why they're impossible to find that way

anyways, clicked everyone's eggs & hatchlings again!

i have a two headed egg too now... and my brother has a rock egg... its so hard getting the rarer ones, cause everytime i click on them in the cave they are already taken.... ohwell... just gotta keep trying
and at the dc fansite you can make a wish... for what kind of dragon you want to get... and if you are lucky someone will give it to you ... or something.. Not sure how it works, but i wished for the paper dragon!

clicking has become a daily routine.

blue congrats on the new eggs! i see you managed to get a seasonal egg!

the silver dragons are pretty neat too!

there's several sites where people breed dragons then give them out to people who wish for them. think they usually have some sort of queue, so it might take a while, but i guess it's worth a try!

still trying the old school way here, hoping dragcave will generate eggs soon.

If you have soft shelled eggs, should I hide them?

I hear people talking about 'forcing' them out of their egg.. I never saw that option?
For an egg I only get abandon, kill and hide from being viewed. And hatchlings I can freeze also so they won't grow up. Is it only under certain circumstances that you can force it out?

not completely sure about the forcing out

for soft shell, probably good to hide them, it is supposed to depend on the type of soft shell. Which ones are soft shelled for you... at first glance they don't look like they "should" be??? Dunno, they dont have tons of views in a short time I think? But generally the action is to hide them, I did that with my soft shell and the soft shell went away, I unhid it and it grew up to a happy dragon

Silver, was the inanimate hatchling (the grey one), a rock egg?
And the last one (green), was that the egg with this description: This egg is sitting in a pile of small pebbles.

And... I hear about people breeding eggs on command and giving them away... how does that work, how do you give them away? Because if you just abandon them, someone else then you will probably manage to snatch it.

I'm glad about the seasononal egg, but I really want a paper egg! And a chicken!
And I sometimes see an egg in the cave that has something about 'metallic' in the description or something.. Curious wich one that is too!

*greedy*

Blue

and now my twoheaded egg has a soft shell grr lol

well keep going for the paper ones blue! I was so excited when I got mine, I've clicked on several one that were the paper description in the cave and literally as I clicked I'm like "sigh another window to close out again" (I'd also been trying with seasonal) and then .. 0.o OMG I GOT IT!

so keep trying I'm sure you'll get one

Yep, the one I've now called Millstone Grit is the stone one, the light grey egg with the speckled surface.

And yes, the green is the one which is sitting in the pebbles lol.

they do say it doesn't always work, lol

& we finally had room to get the seasonal egg

we made this one for nightbird & there isn't room for it in our siggy, so please click
