(((sicklysweet)))))) well now i am really laughing LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
I get the one ((Or that fog horn that you get from the Cruise lines after you say hello))) the fog horn is like really bad LOLOL your dad did good...... to funny..... If i look back now I should have just kept the old # as I had my sister move out. She had a collector that called here,.when I moved her here from FL. I just did not want to deal with anymore of her calls after she had left. Now that i look at it .....she had a bill collector who kept calling for her every morning at 8 am or earlyer. I would answer and say good morning..((insert his name))) as we got to be on a first name base. I would ask how his day was LOLOLOL It got so he was no longer mean and just doing his job looking for her. I finally gave him her cell # and told him to try to collect what she owed me. LOLOLOLOL So looking back I could have saved alot of trouble and just kept the #.LOL As i was on the no call list then. Now i get 3 ppls problems calls plus the telmarketers.LOLOLOL I wonder what would happen if we all said yes to the free cruise LOLOLOLOL |

Go here to put up to 3 phone numbers (and email address) on the national Do Not Call Registry for free. https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx
Junk mail? Opt out here https://www.optoutprescreen.com/?rf=t It takes up to 35 days to kick in but is well worth the effort. In some instances, you can instruct the bill collector caller not to call you anymore and they must obey. It depends whether they’re collecting for a bank, etc. But it couldn’t hurt to just say it. We have a great phone number for one telephone line. Unfortunately it’s very close to a local alternative music store and also one digit off from a large hospital’s nic-u center!! A few wrong numbers, but not too bad.

(((notz))))) thank you for those #s
My sisters collector ...it got to be kinda of funny....at first no....but towards the end of me giving him her cell # ...like I said I have caller ID I would pick up and say good morning first ask him how his day was. It got so he laughed. He really laughed when i asked him to collect for me. LOLOLOL But I have to say in the beginning he was not so nice. I had never experienced that before. I think it may have been easyer before phones???? nah LOL |

SSweet, my apologies for forgetting to point out the info I shared was for the US! I meant to do that but it slipped my mind.
Another humorous scenario - my house was built in 1930. As you can imagine there have been many owners over the years. We've been here over 19 years and we still get mail (and a few phone calls) for previous owners who are like so seriously dead!!! Muffy, you know, you are such a nice person - it was only a matter of time before that nasty bill collector became putty in your hands!! - notz ![]()
