I still can't believe he is gone. I miss him and I hate my mom even more for taking him away from me.

Sorry your hurting, exoticflower. It just plain sucks. Sibling loss is very difficult. You expect at some point, that your parents will die before you. But losing a sibling/s is a different kind of grief.
Such a loss never fully heals. Maybe he's hanging out playing baseball or just laughing and having a good time with my two brothers and other PC member's siblings.
