my x killed my best friend last night- i wish i warned her he was a violent idiot because she was amazing i never got a chance to tell her i forgive her and i hate it i reli do i need her here i cant cope without her living i havnt spoken to her in ages almost 8 months and i need her here

Wow, what a shock this must be to you. I would get thee to a grief counselor. If you want to share we are always here. I am sorry for the loss of your best friend.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. It sounds very complicated & something that you may need to work through with a professional who has experience with trauma's like this. I know that we may not feel that a trauma is effecting us much, but I found when I didn't expect it, that there were unusual symptoms that hit & I had no idea why until I was able to have the professional help I needed.
PC is also a good place to be able to open up with your feelings.....but having someone IRL to talk with is valuable for your healing.
