Im went visit my friends husband today I usually see him once a week. Ive been a bit worried about him dealing with her death. He is trying to do to much at once I feel, he seems run down. Its three months now since we lost her. He made a beautifull cabinet to keep all her treasures in. At the same time doing a painting of her, also he is writing music about her and making cd's for people that where close to her. Like today he gave me one , songs about friends. I just feel he is doing to much at once because you canreally see he is run down. He also has two little girls to look after. The house is falling apart although today I noticed he had changed the loungreroom. I dont know what to say.?????? .pixy.

Maybe doing all those things is his way of dealing with his loss right now. Maybe keeping busy doing things "for her" is the only way he can cope with things. All you can offer is your friendship and help whenever you can.... and whenever he is ready to accept help. Keeping you and your family and friends in my thoughts. Take care.
