I have a picture of him in the photo gallery. We found a new home for him today. I'd had him for nine years. He's my 11 yr. old, 4 lb., miniature yorkie.

He was just too agressive toward my three yr. old nephew whom lives with me part time. I prayed things would change, but they haven't for a year. Now the little man is getting older and I'm afraid he's going to hurt little Popcorn when he gets mad a him. It was a rough situation...constant high anxiety.

Popcorn is getting older and grouchier and I had no choice. He's a dog that needs and deserves the best of everything. This couple has no children. There are no worries. Poppy, and his new owners are very excited. He already has three new toys and is working on getting the squeak out of every one of them. Popcorn

He has a WONDERFUL, loving home with new owners that cried when they got their new "baby". He left my home yesterday and I called last night and this morning and he's doing wonderfully...staying in their laps, going bye bye in the car and a purse, etc. He's a happy boy that I can see whenever I want. He was a gift to me from a friend when I sang at her wedding. She saw our special bond from the get-go and wanted me to have him.

I'm still very sad...

KD

What a sweet, touching story. I so respect you for making the best decision possible with those circumstances.

Thank you, Sarah. I waited longer than I should have probably. However, I really wanted something to work out. It was getting worse instead of better, though.

I appreciate your response.

(((((((((((((((((((kim)))))))))))))) I know there are so many mixed feelings with this. You made the right decision all the way around but I understand the sadness too.
