My world is falling apart….In the last five years I have lost most of my family to heart attacks…..my father, my little sister, my brother…. and last month i lost my Mother to pheumonia..and two weeks later i lost another brother due to the VA Hospital accidental cutting of an artery in his abdomen, which led to a heart attack after his surgery..he was my best friend also.. I cant stop crying, I try so hard not to..life is so very sad ….

I have no words that could possibly convey my sympathies to you. I can't imagine your sorrow. I am heartbroken for you.

I hope you have some support IRL? Do you have a T and a P-doc? Friends or extended family or maybe a support group?

But after I read your post it made me appreciate what I have. You have helped me in an odd sort of way. Cry all you like until you can't anymore. You can chat with me <font color="blue"> </font> as much as you can. My heart goes out to you and I pray you will keep on keeping on. You are doing the right thing, keep talking about your feelings.
