Hi - When a death certificate states " Drug overdoes 1(Provisional)

What does that mean?

i think it means that it means that a class 1 or class A drug was the suspected cause of death but until the actual test results come back it is only a provisional cause. but that is just my reasoning as i am no professional on this stuff!
