Thats what she called us- soul sisters. We never really felt like just friends. I loved her more than anything and now she is gone. Its been 3 weeks without her. We spoke everyday. We supported each other through some dark moments. She suffered a horrible experience that no one should go through and she said she would not have survived if I wasnt here. Ive gone through some horrible trauma growing up and never connected with anyone until I met her. We just clicked in so many ways. She was my bestfriend, my soul sister, my light in my dark. I miss her so much. Sometimes i think i just want to be wherever she is if i could just find her. Sounds silly i know. I just dont know what to do without her now...

Hello Symboline and welcome to PC! I am so sorry for your tragic loss. I can relate very well, unfortunately. Last August I lost my best friend who I also called my soul sister, we were best friends for fifteen years.
It is not pretty and I can tell you it won't suddenly feel better, but it will get easier to deal with. You will always miss her, but you will learn to deal with the pain and remember the love you two shared. Feel free to message me if you ever need anything. ![]()
