My godmother committed suicide about 3 years ago now. It really effected me, and made me very upset. I viewed the body before the funeral, and cried so much that day. Since then, I have had a few dreams with her in them. I remember in one, I was walking along a beach with her just talking (I can't remember what about now). I haven't had one of those dreams for ages, but last night I had a very vivid dream in which I remember getting off a train as I was going to meet her. She was waiting on the platform for me, and when I saw her, I went up and hugged her so tight, and I was crying and crying saying I missed her and why did she have to do it, and she was just hugging me saying, 'I know....'

Hello New west,
It is very hard to answer questions that you have when someone dies suddenly and tragically. Your mind is probably trying to help you feel the void you feel at this time. Although if the dreams become bothersome or unrealistic please tell your therapist it could be a sign of a crisis coming soon. Take care and have a good day. Soidhonia
