Here we are again...

Just had to express my thoughts for this year 2014. Better than 2011 - I lost 22 people that year. I understand extreme loss so to speak. Not looking for anything but hugs now... It is like stuff happens, and it is part of being here on planet earth.

As this year 2014; my brother in late April 24, 2014 - age 44, my great aunt, Dec 8, 2014 - age 94, and Monday, Dec 15, 2014 my dear friend age 51. This was started out as a sorry note to myself... kind of got it in perspective by writing this out. Thank You Looking for hugs

I am trying to keep my mind in perspective and not to get depressed. I understand now the difference between sad vs. depression. Huggles

I remember you writing about your brother & great aunt, but didn't realize you lost a close friend this week. I'm so sorry for your loss, Pikku. Please don't let this make you fall into a depressive tailspin...I can fully understand your extreme sadness, however. Please take care.

Hi Pikku, I'm really sorry for your losses and sending you big hugs:
It is really good that you're trying to hold off the depression though...........I know it really can't be easy...........and if........well you know we're here for you regardless
But good on you in speaking out about what's going on for you and not "bottling it up"........it can help. So no holding back, if you need to talk, OK??!!
And try not to let the sadness/depression steal some of those warm, comforting, happy thoughts/memories of those you've lost, from you........allow them to give you some strength in this difficult time. I'm sure those you've lost would want that for you.
