so justin's parents threw him one of those small private funerals and his dad was there and he would have HATED it. so 2 days ago his close friends, specifically his best friend/girlfriend, planned his REAL funeral. we went to the beach, played TONS of music, had a bonfire, wrote notes to him and burned them [he was cremated], and generally celebrated him. this wasnt like...lamenting his death, it was celebrating his life. it was nice. it was actually fun, and he was so obviously there in spirit laughing at us when the music inexplicably kept not working [it worked just fine again when we left]. so it was cool. and we all wore hot pink, and we all got those wristbands, except they say "Our pink ninja" on one side, and his name on the other

He was lucky to have such good friends. the REAL funeral
