I lost a loved one due to a sudden fatal heart attack. I found him at our apartment slumpt next to the kitchen sink. And also didn't witnessed his agony of his death. The emotion of the mourning has its up and downs on my feelings. I finally had the emotions poured out of me on Easter Sunday on the 19th. of April.

I know that from time to time will have boughts of emotions. Knowing that my husband is in a better place and his illness is gone and we will see each other. Alot of people are praying for me for the strength and have to take one day at a time for healing I also find consoling on the bible and in the power of prayer also I talk to him too.
