Lately I have been really depressed and having more "spells" as I call them than normal. I also have been sick like constantly for the last couple of years. I am usually fine during the summers, but it seems like as soon as I get back to school I am sick. I really don't understand this, because during the school year is also when I have the most problems with my depression. Right now I have been really strugling and I hit a low that I haven't hit in almost 6years! In a way this is surprising, but in another way it isn't, becasue of all that has happened in the past year or so. I was in a serious car accident that I have to face the effects of every day when I look in a mirror, my little brother was arrested, I hae been in the middle of parental fighting, and parents are making some of their problems mine! This is just a few of the things that have happened in the last year. I guess what I am getting at is that there really seems to be a connection between my depression and my physical health. Usually I am ohysically ill before I have problems with my depression, so I wonder if in a way it is triggered by physical illnesses.
