What does the doctor say? Anything they can do about it, operate or anything? My friend has had success with a couple operations but still has trouble if he does too much. It's hard to know how much activity to do and how much to "rest". I get really achey if I just sit here at the computer all day without knowing it; feels better until I go to move :-)

I have an injury that has pretty much kept me from doing much of anything since 2005. I can't clean my house or anything like that. even meals are pretty simple these days. maybe a meat that I can pop in the oven and 1 veggie most days. I haven't found anything the helps. it is the source of depression for me. let me know if you find a way to get around it.

Roxy I see YOU were asking for some ideas ;

You can always ask your Docs if a home re-hab program of light duty type is warrented .
I found walking and easy movement / stretching helped pain areas with improved circulation ,,, it had the added benefit of shedding a few pounds to boot .

And those disability reports that ask doc to opine how much weight aperson can lift ? B.S. who ever lifted wet clothes out of a dryer and first thought ,,, " is this heavier than 5lbs.?"

LOL.
Eat nutritionally >>.. leave the fatty foods at the drive through ,, take short walks till you get a feeling of >> " this not so bad " ,, and be patient .

[ ask your Doc first though ] ,, I can't imagine [ unless a peep is confined to a wheelchair ] that he would out right say >>> " Bad Idea "

Hope this helps ya some .

WMD.
