On Saturday afternoon, I took some over-the-counter constipation relief medication. By 10pm I was having severe stomach cramping and discomfort. I took a Tylenol to reduce the pain I was experiencing. I have been closely monitoring the color of my urine and bowel movements. The color of my urine is light yellow to colorless and my bowel movements are semi-solid with no blood in the tiolet bowel or on the tiolet paper. I am still experiencing some discomfort in my stomach area but it has gone down significantly since last night.

Hi Zen888,

Severe stomach cramping can result from taking pills to relieve constipation.

You didn't really need to take the Tylenol. Your intestines/stomach would have calmed down on their own -- they were just "complaining".

Thanks for this!
