For the past several weeks i have had really bad upper back pain. Sorta on my left arm and under my meck on the left side down the spinal cord between it and the left shoulder blade. I have no idea what is causing it. What can I do to make it go away? It also hurts when i sleep and i cannot find a comfortable position.
