Anyone know of any ways to get rid of nausea?

Right now I am so nauseous I almost WISH I could
throw up, and that is saying a lot, because I depise
throwing up!

7up works too... gets you burping and rids your stomach of gas.

if you keep feeling nauseated, try phenergan or promethazine. its prescription but it works if you have the stomach flu

I don't have any ginger ale.
Do you think Coke would work?

Is the nausea related to a virus or something you ate? You can take gravol - I personally can't take gravol because it gives me 'restles leg syndrome'. They do have a natural gravol made from gingeroot. You can also buy fresh gingeroot and slice a 1" piece and boil it for 5 min. - you can add it to green tea if you like. There also an accupressure point on your inner wrist - try pressing there with your thumb for 30 seconds and then repeat on the other wrist. I hate throwing up too. I hope you feel better soon ((Miracle1986))

Saltine crackers, or peanut butter if your blood sugar is low. And I think Coke would make it worse. Only clear liquids and sodas will help.

Flat lemonade works for me. There is also a pill called Metroclopromide which I was given when i had an extensive bout of nausea which worked very well but it makes you drowsy. x
