breath and dunno why? Anyone got any advise for me please. Feel so dizzy! Finding it hard to...

Call 911 or see your doctor asap!!
Also check on what meds. you are taking, if new to your system (like a few days to 1 week) you may be allergic, do you have asthma or any allergies special respiratory ones?
Warm weather, and plantlife,trees, mold spores can make or aggravate breathing problems worse. I'm sure you learned that in school.
You asked for "advice", that's what I am offering.
Step away from your computer and give your doc or medical emergency unit a call (911), let us know how you make out with this.
