yes I am resting it....it is finally getting better. Occationally it still hurts really bad though, but if I am careful it is ok

Dar, a word of caution, if you have a sprained ankle or a tiny fracture, getting it adjusted might make it worse. xoxox pat p.s. and you said it is really hurting now....
