Dear RedRose,

While I do not have CFS - I do have full blown RA (rheumatoid arthritis) - which is a lot like the CFS.... it drains one of their energy and their will to enjoy life when it is active. I find that taking a daily dose of vitamin w/minerals and a B-complex pill helps with my energy level - plus I always start my day out with a Whey Protein Shake, great for keeping the body balanced.

Hi Rose,

I have CF, Fibro, Raynaud's, and Ankylosing Spondylitis, Hashimoto's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and IBS among other things. They're all tied together.

I totally understand the miserable feeling of being so tired you can't function.

I can tell you a high protein, no/low carb, no sugar diet helps. You have to be careful because high protein can effect your kidneys, but it really does make you feel like a new person, especially if you add some probiotics and vitamins.

I'm here for you.

Jan
