I've not felt good the last few days. I keep having this sharp pain on one side of my head. ( Leftside ) I'll be fine and then it just hits. This morning I woke up very dizzy. It went away after I got up and started moving around. Just Pain in my head

certain medications like paxil causes this if you don't take the medicaion at exactly the same time everyday. check with your prescribing physician. he/she will be able totell you if the meds you are on if any have this type of side effect.

SLEEP is the best medicine for any type of headache.... during sleep the brain shuts down the actually part that creates / causes your head to hurt, or gives you migraines.

Hello SKY -

Well, if the migraine is actually coming about while you sleep, or when you wake from sleeping then I would suggest that you see your Pdoc - you probably need some type of medicine for this problem... for your body should naturally shut down the part of the brain that creates headaches. not create them as you sleep.

I suffer from Migraines and have since I was 12 yrs old.... when an episode hits me it can leave me unable to see out of my right eye, sick to my stomach (vomiting), head screaming in pain and so drained of energy that I must retreat to my bed for hours on end.... SLEEP seems to be the only remedy that half ways helps at times..... and well 4 Advil's.

Not sure if what I had was a migraine or not. It was in just in one spot of the side of my head. It didn't last very long. Kind of would hit me like a stabbing pain and then be gone in a minute or so. Think it might have to do with sinuses. There's enough yellow dust on everything. Pain in my head Fine today, so I don't know. Have to ask the doc when I go back in a couple of weeks.

It sounds like a migraine. Please go to the Dr. I hope you feel better soon.

Hugs,

Ack! I get that w/ my DID! That type of pain could be from alot of different things. If it continues you should call your doc. I hope you are doing ok now.
