Hey everyone,
I just got back from the doctor's office (it was a very long visit) and he told me I have a spasming colon??? JOY Anyone else have this? If so...got any pointers? tips on what to eat and what not to eat? Colon pain is not fun. So yes..keep your colons healthy and have a great day! |

Believe it or not I have had that back when I was 17 years old..I also had a duodenal ulcer ... pathetic for a kid .... they told me not to eat spice food and no milk..I did for a short while...what really did work was they gave me Visteral.... its like valium and stuff like that.....I got rid of it ...so you will be fine

Your doctor didn't tell you how to take care of it?? What kind of a deal is that? Here's a couple of links to some resources:
