I have poor circulation... or at least symptoms. I'm 21 years old and have been told it's not possible for me to have it. I get swelling in my knees my legs go numb and red. They're extremely dry and cannot sleep on them at all. They;re constantly cramping and in pain. I also lose feeling in my arms and get really bad migraines. Could this be cause from anxiety or stress in my life. Anyone else had or have trouble with this? Currently just started anti depressants hopefully it helps this.

Does gingko biloba help? It is for circulation. Can you manage it with exercise like running or lifting weights? And for short term, do you apply heat to help draw blood through areas? Even just a stretching routine? Feverfew or cayenne for the migraines? The blood that can't go into your legs is probably backing up and the pressure is causing the migraines - propranolol? It sounds really interesting and I hope you find things that work to relieve the symptoms while you try to find something more permanent. And with something so systematic maybe acupuncture could help. And massage. Or would massage make it worse?
