i was coming out of the shower and my head felt soooo heavy, my heart wasnt exactly beating fast, it was beating very loud. i was able to feel its beat and it never happened to me before. then my legs started shaking and i was dizzy. this happened in 10 seconds, and lasted like 3 or 4 minuted. i felt like i was gonna drop , i felt so weak at the time. i sat on the floor but it was hard to move my legs.
what happen ?
im turning 16 this year, im a guy, and i feel like it might be because i barely eat. also i felt extremly hot after it, its like 30 degrees here (F)

This has happened to me before after getting out of a hot bath. It might just be sudden low blood pressure brought on by vasodilalation from the heat of the shower.

I've seen doctors for this and none think it's serious. They tell me to eat more salt, but if this happens again or you're concerned, have it checked out.

I think they checked me for anemia and heart problems.

I have to slowly help patients and the elderly get up because this is common , when they lay down and get up, they get dizzy and are at risk for falls. Because you're young its' transient and I doubt it's from a condition since you mentioned getting out of a hot shower, dehydration also contributes to this. Make sure theres handles to hold onto to so you don't fall. It's called orthostatic hypotension if you want to read about it.

I had the very same problem a few years ago and once fainted after getting out of the bath after feeling a bit weak. I thought it was funny at the time and did not think much of it until I accidently told my therapist who was concerned that there was something seriously wrong with me.This made me laugh even more but he was 'not amused' Hahahah I eventually mentioned it to my GP who said it was an extremly common side effect of having a bath or shower which is too hot. The blood rushes from the brain to the blood vessels in the skin (capilliaries) to cool us down and this can cause feelings of light-headedness and fainting.

Orthostatic hypotension is hypotension brought on by quickly moving up or down, such as getting out of a chair quickly. If you're standing and you take a step out of the shower, it wouldn't be orthostatic.

You did mention that you barely eat, so my hunch is your malnourishment combined with hot water and an environment with high humidity is the likely cause. Your blood pressure at rest is probably rather low, so additional vasodialation from the aforementioned environment would have led to vasovagal syncope.
