Alright, quick run down:
~My medical diagnoses are: Diabetes Type II, Acid Reflux, PCOS, Hypothyroidism, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Eczema, Asthma, Morphia, IBS, and some other stuff that isn't really significant enough to come to mind right now.
~~As of my last Blood Draw (on January 2nd, 2013), I was told that my TSH level (related to thyroid function) wasn't really "high", but was "creeping". My protein was low; my White cell count was elevated. Also, my cholesterol levels were high, as was my A1c level (which keeps elevating because of the PCOS causing increased insulin resistance). I was put on prevestatin and Junuvia for the latter two issues. They did no further investigating into the white cell count or protein levels. Now, the issues I am experiencing now were present a few weeks before I even started these new meds (been on meds for a week or two; problems have been around since mid-December).
~For the past year or so, I have been dealing with nausea that used to be worse in the morning, but happens at other times too (but it comes and goes in streaks). It may or may not be linked to starting a medication for my ADD.
~For the past two months, my nausea has been getting increasingly worse. I barely eat meals (maybe one a day, if I eat very small amounts). I literally have no appetite; I have lost a total of 70 pounds in the past 14 months, and have lost another 15 since the November of 2012. In the past 3-4 weeks or so, I have been getting short episodes of crippling stomach pain (usually lasting no more than an hour, and not directly linked with eating or not eating).
~Well, tonight I went out on a limb and ordered takeout Chinese food. I got steamed chicken and broccoli with brown sauce- not anything different than normal. I ate that much, but couldn't bring myself to touch the rice that came with it or the soup I ordered. I went to my room and putzed around on the computer.... and then the pain got worse. Now, I hadn't eaten anything else all day, except for some dry toast early this morning. I couldn't tell if the pain I felt was from being hungry (as in "pangs of hunger") or from something else; so when my mom offered me a scoop of ice cream, I thought it was safe to eat a little. WRONG. 100% FALSE!!!! (Actually, whenever I have had stomach issues linked with the Acid Reflux, dairy makes me feel better- ever since I was little. I thought it might help here, but it actually kind of ruled out the idea of acid reflux in this situation.)
~*Oh my GOD, I just can't stand it!!! It hurts so bad! The pain usually starts in my upper center of my stomach (a few inches below my bra line) and works it's way through me to my upper back.
~*Well, today, the pain did that and then some; it also traveled to my lower back and then spread it's way through my sides and is now just KILLING me. I can feel it all throughout my entire stomach, back and sides (as in, right above my hips and next to my belly button). I just plain don't know what to make of it; I don't want to freak the hell out for no reason and go prancing into the doctor. I also don't want to deal with the possibility of a serious issue. I am in such immense pain right now (well, correction; it still hurts, but it's waning a little.)

Any advice on how to deal with this? Any suggestions for tests or lab work I should request??? Should I be getting urgent care, or can it wait a while?

You just perfectly described the pain I had when I needed my gall bladder out. I had 4 or 5 quarter sized stones. When I ate it caused them to shift and block something which caused the acute pain. I honestly don't know if that's what you have or not but I would definitely get checked out.

Also if you are in severe pain it's your body telling you something is wrong. Could be a little thing but still it's like an alarm. Never feel like you are bothering your doctor. If your doctor gives you that feeling then find someone with some compassion that takes your concerns seriously. Good luck.
Thanks for this!

Thanks..... I had been reading up on some stuff related to the gall bladder, pancreas, appendix, etc etc etc.
The gall bladder symptoms sounded most likely (especially because appendicitis said you typically get a fever, and my highest temperature was 100.1). I don't, obviously, WANT to find something wrong; I have PLENTY of other issues to deal with, what the myriad of related/linked medical conditions I deal with and all the meds I take (that's not even including my psychiatric conditions and medications) .
But yeah; my doctor's office is closed tomorrow, but I will give them a call on Friday (unless it comes back worse; then I'll do urgent care). This is the longest the pain has ever lasted, though; it's going on 4-5 hours now. I am a little scared because I get so easily sick.

elevated white cells means you are fughting some infection, it could be as simple as a mild cold or a pimple that has caused it to rise. low protein is not linked with the amount you eat, it could be that you are menstrating, or are close to it, or have cut yourself recently, though thyroid i think can affect protein in blood but i am not sure how or if i even remember right!

My younger cousin had gall bladder stones 6 months ago and got her gall bladder removed. When she had them, she was in constant pain, especially when she ate, her appetite quickly dwindled, lost a lot of weight (I think around 40-50 pounds, not 70) and had frequent nausea. Alternatively, peptic ulcers present with very similar symptoms. Having pain radiate around parts of your body is a known phenomenon called referred pain. For example, pain at the right tip of your shoulder blade can actually be due to your liver or gall bladder functioning.

Even if it isn't gall bladder stones, it's gastrointestinal and the best way would be to get a scan to see what's going on. Infections can cause this as well, although they don't tend to last that long, unless your immune system was already weakened or you caught something rather nasty, which is unlikely given no fever.

... yeah, my immune system is INSANELY weak because of the Psoriatic Arthritis and the Enbrel shot I take for it. I get sick a lot because of it, which is partly why I'm so concerned
But anyway, I finally got my mom to take me into the doctor on Friday, and my doctor thought that it was just my Acid Reflux acting up from stress (not a TOTALLY ridiculous thought, considering all that's been going on lately ).
She just upped my dose of Omperazole to 40 mg, 2x Daily (which is actually a really high dosage). My last doctor had wanted to try and up my dose from 20 mg, 1x Daily , to 20 mg, 2x Daily.... but insurance was refusing to pay for the second dose. Finally, he gave up on that useless pursuit and just upped the dose 40 mg, 1x Daily (in the morning); so at that way, I was getting enough to at least decrease my symptoms- even if it wasn't spaced out the right way.
But anyways, I am still a little unsure; it doesn't FEEL like mere Acid Reflux. I have had it before where my esophagus/stomach was SO irritated- like, when I got nauseous and gagged, or puked- I would also hack up blood. So I'm just thinking to myself, "Yeah, doctor..... I wouldn't know what bad Acid Reflux feel like or anything ". So I guess I'm just kinda waiting to see if insurance will cover this dosage, and if the problem goes away (my doctor just instructed me to take another Omperazole from my current bottle in the afternoon; just until I can get the Rx filled). I have been this since Friday, and I'm not sure what to think; on the one hand, my I don't have the STABBING pains in my stomach. On the other hand, my back and sides still really hurt, and my stomach is more of a duller ache now. On top of that, now I have had a significant decrease in BM's and also have to strain to...... erm...... pass gas
So I don't know; I'll have to see if those go away. She said to give it until this Friday, and if it didn't go away, I should call her and she would refer me to a gastroenterologist, who would probably d a scope.
Thanks for the advice though, you guys! I'll let you know how it goes!

It sounds very much like pancreatitis.
Does leaning forward, when sitting, help relieve the pain?
That is one clue. Labs for Amylase and Lipase levels would be done.

I had chronic pancreatitis. I don't drink alcohol so it was from something else. My pancreatic duct was blocked, possibly from extremely high levels of triglycerides for a long time, but there are other causes, including the herpes simplex virus, which is what I suspect. During an attack, I was advised to not eat because eating stimulates the pancreas.

Years ago when I had it, I would have vomiting. I was always wondering how I could have the flu when no one around me at work or out of work had it.

I had many episodes, sometimes just the unrelenting pain.
The last time I had sudden nausea and the pain from upper abdomen through to the back. After the pain lessened, I would have a dull achy pain in my upper abdomen, and when I ate food, it felt like I was trying to digest rocks. I was tired all the time, slept a lot, lost a lot of weight. After a year of tests and scopes to try to open the duct, I had part of my pancreas removed because that duct was so scarred it was not going to open, and if the pancreatic enzymes could not be sent out of the pancreas, then they would eventually destroy the pancreas.

So, anyway, that was me. I hope you have a simpler solution

Don't let the gastro doc tell you it is just GERD or Acid Reflux if you think it is more.
I was lucky to have an aggressive gastro physician's assistant on my 2nd or 3rd visit, who ordered the CT scan because of the pain. Because I was never hospitalized for it, I think the gastro doc didn't consider it. I think I could have been many times if I had gone to the emergency room or if I would have known to see a doctor during an attack. But I didn't, for many reasons.
