The test only matters if you are 50 years old or older. It is one page, with large print. You should have pencil and paper ready to write down numbers for the questions, so you can add them up after you are done instead of trying to keep a running total in your head.

There was a comment about the question of BMI. It turns out that for "older" adults a BMI of 26 or 27 results in being less likely to die.

I haven't been on PC in a couple of days and this caught me off guard this morning, being one the first posts I saw when I got on and pondering my mortality before even having a cup of Joe. It's curious way to start the day, somewhat putting a damper on it, but the survey/study is interesting; thanks for sharing it.
