so I have been having a lot of gas, lately and just a lot of loose stool to the point where I am changing under cloths a lot.

Its becoming embrassing it makes me smell and I feel like I need to bath a lot more then usual, some times if I don't keep an eye on it...I will have a much larger bowel movement and have an accident which is really embrassing.

I feel like part of this has to due with my own personal eating disorder where I don't always eat when I am feeling depressed and sometimes I was only having one meal a day.
But then when I would pop back on with my manic moments I would eat more and sometimes eat comfort foods cause I was feeling better.

I have been suspicous of IBS for a while now and want to go and talk to a doctor, and I know I should. But the sad truth is that due to me not having insurance I usually have to wait between visits to my doctor for when it finically ok for me. I am applying for disablity and medicad but those are both lengthy processes.

I might try cutting out dairy in my diet as well as grain and see if that helps at all. So far I have not had a fever or anything with this...its just been looser then usual and has been going on for a few weeks now.

Try eating something every 2 hours or 6 times a day. Take some Probiotics to help your digestive system stay balanced. Avoid high fat foods and dairy and see if it helps. Do eat yogurt.

Keep track of your bowel patterns and if it persists get that doctor appointment. Use a hospital with free care if you have to.

Try some Pepto Bismoulth when diarreahe happens.

If you are comfortable trying a few things, see above...

Be careful with cutting the stools back though - when you do that, it's not that there is less waste, it's that less waste is getting out, AND what dose is concentrated, a lot ends up getting re-absorbed in to the body.
But if it keeps up, yes DEFINITELY see some doctor about it - ever if it is just a free clinic, or ER doctor. ERs have to treat you regardless of insurance or ability to pay, once you get a bill, you can apply for charity care.
Once things are done with disability and Medicare/Medicaid - you may need a referral from you PCP, but I would see a gastroenterologist.
If it's something that can not be fixed, it's can sure be managed, and Medicaid will pay for that with a medical diagnosis, and there are pills that can eliminate the Oder.
