|
I was diagnosed with systemic lupus about 3 years ago. It seems my various mental health dx's have raged out of control during the same time. Despite research and many questions, I am unable to ascertain. Is there a valid link between lupus and the inflammation of mental health symptoms?

I am not for sure about your question..... but I can say that I have: RA - Bursitis - Fibro and Mental Illness.... they kind of go hand in hand with what you have. MAYBE DocJohn might be able to help you on this one, have you asked him? LoVe, Rhapsody - |

Yes there is, when I was in PH a while ago my diagnosis was with either Psychosis NOS, Brain Cancer and SLE since SLE can act out several MH symptoms like forgetfulness and even partial seizures. In fact part of the symptoms are MH symptoms in order to be diagnosed.
