i feel fat i used to weigh 106 now since i started taking meds i weigh 140....... it suck .. i want to try dieting and exercising.. just not sure what kinda diet i should use

First of all what kinds of foods are you eating the most? If it is junk food, like chocolate or candy, or chips anything like that it would be a good idea to try to switch over to something more healthy. If you are craving sweets try to eat more fruits, I know it's not going to satisfy your craving every time, but it is worth a shot. Junk food is ok to eat every once in a while but just not all the time. And really you are not fat! I use to weigh more than that. You can even go for walks, nice long ones, or try Pilates and Yoga. Those are fun too! Take care of yourself! *hugs*
