So I had shoulder surgery last week. i think its okay.. but the problem im finding with is that it is actually giving me reason to stay home by myself and not go to class. But actually I had a question for anyone that has had any kind of orthopedic surgery..

Did you ever have a loss of circulation??

If i let my arm hang down to my side it turns cold and purple. So I just keep it up. I dont know if it is something to be worried about..

What was the surgery for and are you doing P.T.?

I had an anterior ligament repair. I start physical therapy next week.

ok, I would be keeping it elevated for maximum blood flow. P.T. is really the answer to the outcome though. Good luck.
