I cannot touch my arms, legs, side of my body (ribs area) hips and back without being in pain and I bruise so quickly after touching those parts of my body..

Does anyone know what this might be? Also if there is anything I can do to help the pain and stop bruising?

If you start bruise easily and are on psych meds it is a good idea to go to the doctor for a blood test. Many meds can cause thrombocytopenia, which is when the blood cannot clot and you will bruise easily. I can't guess why you hurt and bruise but maybe a blood test to see if something is going on?

If you are eating less than 1,200 calories per day, this could be the case. Nutritional deficiencies associated with easy bruising include vitamins B-12, C, K and folic acid.
