Hello. I've been getting a bit worried, though it's probably nothing to worry about. I keep getting tingling feeling/numbness in small sections of my body through out the day. It's random when it starts and it's random in placing.
Today was very noticeable though, a lot of the time I can just ignore it - since it doesn't hurt, it's just uncomfortable. Right now, it's in my foot. On the ball of my foot it feels slightly warm and numb/tight and it's tingling slightly. Earlier today I had it in my shoulder blade, it was more tingling than numb and caused a lot of discomfort. I should also mention that when I got this tingling, I was 1) tired, 2) in the middle of an exam - so stressed and 3) hadn't eaten yet. (I'm not sure if those things would affect it but I thought I'd mention it anyway). So has anyone else experienced this kind of tingling/tightness/numbness that seems for no reason? (And it's just started in my right shoulder blade, again...) |

Yes and there are many possibles causes, most are benign or at least not serious physical conditions. For me there are three causes. Stress/anxiety is the most common reason. If it worries you then you should see a doctor.

I have this all over my body randomly. I have seen my family Dr and a neurologist and no one knows whats causing it. There are TONS of reasons why it could be happening. I think its probably anxiety causing mine.
Have you seen your Dr? I hope you feel better soon! |
