Hello. I've been getting a bit worried, though it's probably nothing to worry about. I keep getting tingling feeling/numbness in small sections of my body through out the day. It's random when it starts and it's random in placing.

Today was very noticeable though, a lot of the time I can just ignore it - since it doesn't hurt, it's just uncomfortable. Right now, it's in my foot. On the ball of my foot it feels slightly warm and numb/tight and it's tingling slightly. Earlier today I had it in my shoulder blade, it was more tingling than numb and caused a lot of discomfort. I should also mention that when I got this tingling, I was 1) tired, 2) in the middle of an exam - so stressed and 3) hadn't eaten yet. (I'm not sure if those things would affect it but I thought I'd mention it anyway).

So has anyone else experienced this kind of tingling/tightness/numbness that seems for no reason?

(And it's just started in my right shoulder blade, again...)

Yes and there are many possibles causes, most are benign or at least not serious physical conditions. For me there are three causes. Stress/anxiety is the most common reason. If it worries you then you should see a doctor.

I have this all over my body randomly. I have seen my family Dr and a neurologist and no one knows whats causing it. There are TONS of reasons why it could be happening. I think its probably anxiety causing mine.

Have you seen your Dr? I hope you feel better soon!
