My friend recently mentioned the 'Eat right for your blood type' food plan. I'm wondering if anyone here has followed the plan with success.
Any fellow type-o's here?

I haven't but my boss swears by it. She lost 7 pounds in the first week.

Yes, I have heard of it - but I have never done it..... but I am sure that it is like all the others: example - eat for your right body style, eat for your sex, eat based on your body size, eat for your medical problems / issues.

IMO - one just needs to eat correctly, drink plenty of water (6-8 cups per day) and exercise three times a week and they will be healthy.... walking for 30 minutes constitutes being an exercise.

I'm with Rhapsody. Just because you lose weight on a diet, it doesn't mean the diet is a good one. It also doesn't mean it's the only one that is good (if it's good).

I think we make food too complicated. I'm not saying there aren't better ways to achieve certain goals, but why make yourself crazy, if you don't have strict dietary requirements? KEEP IT SIMPLE. Eat right, exercise, and be a bit social. Food doesn't have to be that complicated.

I'm not overweight, but considering this diet for other reasons. Have been sick for past few months, chronic inflammation, muscle spasms, sleeplessness, and a host of other issues. Including sensitivities to foods.
